LN Pilates Return and Refund Policy
At LN Pilates, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags attached.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn items, including hats and tank tops.
How to Return
• Simply bring your item back to the studio where you made the purchase.
• Present your receipt and the item(s) you wish to return, and our team will assist you.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method at the time of return.
• Refunds are typically processed immediately upon return approval.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please bring the item to the studio, and we’ll be happy to help you find the right fit or style.
