Meet Jen - Owner of LN Pilates
LN Pilates is named in honor of Jen’s late mother, Lisa, and her daughter, Nyomi.
Jen has always prioritized wellness and mindful movement to navigate life’s challenges. As a Stott Pilates Certified instructor, she brings a holistic approach to her teaching, helping clients unlock their full potential by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit.
In 2014, Jen discovered her genetic predisposition to the BRCA-1 mutation, increasing her awareness of breast and ovarian cancer risks. This personal journey has given her work deeper meaning, allowing her to bring an empathetic, personalized touch to each client’s health journey.
Whether assisting with injury recovery, post-surgery rehabilitation, or training professional athletes, Jen meets clients where they are and helps them achieve their goals. As a daughter, mother, and experienced fitness professional, she’s dedicated to supporting her clients in reaching their highest potential both in the studio and in life.
